I, parent(s)/legal guardian(s) of the above student(s) are hereby giving permission for my child/children to fish any and all Airport Marine Tournaments for the entire 2014 fishing season. I hereby wave and release all other contestants, the host, sponsors, and tournament officials from all claims of injury and/or damage incurred in connection with this tournament. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the tournament rules and regulations (as described below) and agree to abide by them. I further understand that tournament officials and directors reserve the right to refund this entree fee if it chooses for any reason not to accept my application.

PLEASE READ THESE TOURNAMENT RULES CAREFULLY
1. Tournament hours will be from safe daylight to 3:00 p.m. CST (first flight). All boats must check in at the designated site by an assigned flight time or be disqualified.
2. All contestants must wear a U.S. Coast Guard approved life jacket while gas engine is on.
3. The boat driver must have a kill switch attached while the engine is running.
4.
All contestants must obey Alabama Water Safety Rules and Alabama Game and Fish Regulations.
5. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed during tournament hours or six (6) hours prior to tournament.

Five (5) fish limit per boat. Only Large Mouth and Spotted Bass 12 inches minimum.
7. All site fish must be hooked inside of the mouth (no snatching, no trolling, no live bait).
8.
All boat captains are subject to a polygraph test given by a licensed tester and must pass to win.
9. Captains cannot physically help the anglers while fishing.
10.
All conditions arising which are not covered by the above rules will be resolved by the tournament committee, whose decisions will be FINAL. Any protest must be filed immediately.

ELEGIBILITY. Anglers 7th thru 12th grade - High School - Private Schools - Home Schooled, etc. Anglers from different schools may also fish as a team.
CAPTAINS.
You must be 21 years or older with a current boating license.
QUALIFIED BOAT. A boat - original owner, 2 years old or newer purchased from Airport Marine.
